Joseph Harrison


Joseph "Joe" Harrison serves as HealthTAP's Assistant Director for Process Improvement. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the process improvement service line and the development of innovative products and processes.

Joe leads an experienced team that advises and facilitates training for hospitals, healthcare organizations, and communities to optimize the processes that are necessary to make their projects successful.

Prior to joining HealthTAP, Joe spent ten years leading continuous improvement efforts as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Manager, and Business Analyst across a wide variety of industries, including industrial, automotive, medical device, and information technology. He has led numerous teams through numerous events and projects focused on efficiency improvement, variation reduction, process simplification, flow, and training effectiveness.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Industrial Technology, and he holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is pursuing his MBA.
