HealthTAP consults, coaches and trains healthcare professionals in all capacities in both hospitals/health systems and physician practices. We work under multiple grant programs and offer three service lines: health IT security, Lean First process improvement, and quality reporting. We've worked with more than 150 hospitals; trained more than 3,000 healthcare and public health workers; partnered on projects with nearly 100 health departments, and assisted more than 3,000 physicians with EHR Meaningful Use compliance. Mission & Vision
Our Mission ― Improve the health of our communities by leveraging our internal strengths and collaborative relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
Our Vision ― To be a trusted resource for healthcare quality and transformation expertise.
Strategies
Strategy 1 ― Small is Big: To further Purdue’s mission of outreach and engagement, we focus our consulting services on small and under-resourced providers (SURP) who are underserved by other consultants.
Strategy 2 ― Applied Research: To build relationships with faculty, departments and centers across Purdue University (and, when relevant, our sister universities) to support research on the problems that keep us from realizing value-based care. In this way, we leverage academic ties to develop innovative services.
