Digital Badge for Lean Daily Improvement
The recipient of this Lean Daily Improvement (LDI) Digital Badge completed remote-delivery, webinar-based sessions of study, including content review, discussion, completing structured “homework” between sessions and work submissions. A HealthTAP Lean Coach worked in partnership with the student to provide insights and coaching to enhance their remote-delivery, learning experience. Their overall learning path included:
- Identifying a problem to solve
- Determining metrics and the team involved
- Establishing standard work
- Building visual management elements to support the work
- Facilitating team huddles
- Learning how to influence others to improve change efforts
